What are the trays made of?
Durable PLA plastic, 3D printed to order. Every tray is just under one inch tall and sized for standard homeopathic vials.
How do the sizes work?
Each size is columns x vials per column. A 2 x 10 tray has 2 columns of 10 vials, so it holds 20. Stack identical trays to grow your storage as your collection grows.
What colors are available?
Black, white, red, and blue are standard. You choose the color during checkout. Custom colors are available: email hello@wolfeco.shop and we will confirm before you order.
When do orders ship?
Every tray is printed to order. Orders ship within 3-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking.
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate shipping at checkout. Multi-tray orders combine into one shipment whenever possible.
Can I return a tray?
If your order arrives damaged or the size does not fit your vials, email us within 30 days and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes: custom colors now, and custom sizes or engravings are on the roadmap. Email hello@wolfeco.shop with what you need.
Is payment secure?
Checkout is hosted by Stripe, one of the largest payment processors in the world. We never see or store your card details.
